Battery Council International (BCI) is a non-profit trade organization founded to promote international battery industry interests. BCI has member companies in all fields of the industry worldwide: leading battery producers and recyclers, advertisers and distributors, raw materials and equipment suppliers, and specialist consultants. As the prime association of the industry, the member services of BCI have a global impact. BCI brings together North America's leading battery manufacturers and other big players from around the world. Externally, BCI provides numerous outside organizations and researchers with knowledge and data on the field. BCI provides an extensive database of statistical information, called Source BCI, when working on behalf of its members.
